Are you kidding me john!!?? The mans a police officer, he should be held to a higher standard than the average citizen, MUCH higher. I say strip him of whatever he has earned while being a police officer(probably wasnt the first time he abused his power just the first time he got caught). Then let him back into society under a normal job more his IQ since he doesnt understand DRIVING DRUNK is a CRIME even though hes a cop. Throw away his badge and sa goodbye and goodluck but you ****** up. If theres anything i want my tax dollars going to, its making sure this dirtbag doesnt wear a badge again(but cops are cops and they watch out for theyre ownn), and unfortunatley i can bet he will recieve a slap on the wrist and thats all. If your worried about where are taxes are going try looking into where a majority of them go which is overseas to feed, kill, destroy and then rebuild(not in any specific order) all these foriegn countries the US like to invade.

If this guy gets his badge back i can gaurantee hes only gonna be worse and feel more untouchable. It should be 1 strike and your out when your a police officer. I bet you would feel different if he had killed somebody you know or a family member of yours.
