For real if you read this trash completely you will see that this was a prosecutor's dream case. An arrest with an admission of guilt. Seriously people. If the case was so strong against this person why would the prosecution settle for anything less than the max punishment.HMMM why did the charge change from 3rd to 4th. This was easy right he supposedly admitted to it. Yet here we are maybe the victim should look into writing for the paper obviously very good at distorting the truth to make for a more interesting story, much like the writer following and reporting on this particular case. Shame on all who are quick to pass judgement without collecting the facts first.

Start digging Peace2all. If you want the answer's to your questions start with your prosecutors office. Dig deep enough i think you will find the victim truly wasnt a victim at all. Just a really good story teller.

OMG! OMG! This can't be happening!

I really had to gather my composure before making a comment.

I feel so sorry for the Victim in this case! How do you tell her that "Lady Justice" is wearing a blind fold?

What kind of society are we living in when young men get and are serving more time for cattle? Seriously?

I'd really like to know how this Judge arrived at his decision.

My sincere apology that the court system failed again. It's just sad!
