In a post from the first flight I stated that they were of what Tom Brokaw coined. The Greatest Generation, Because they went from the Great Depression right into WW2 (please read the book) I took flack from it saying no one generation was any better then the next. Having served myself, I still feel they were the greatest generation. And I thank them and all solders. Nothing sickens me more the a 18 year old losing his life in combat, especially in these useless present wars.
