Mary Ann Heath is the news editor of the Daily Press. A graduate of Northern Michigan University, she majored in English writing, with a minor in journalism. She is originally from the Traverse City area, but has resided in different parts of the U.P., including Marquette, Houghton, Escanaba and Gladstone.
