Solar lighting for Puerto Rico

EDITOR:

Puerto Rico was destroyed by hurricane Maria. Re-building is slow. Half of the island is without power. Its a tragedy. When our lights go out here for a few hours, we go crazy! Imagine being dark at night for four or five months. I had an idea of solar lights. My decorative solar lights come on after dusk and stay on most of the night. Puerto Rico gets a lot more sun than we do. It seems like a small thing, but when you have no other light, it might help. I have no clue how to coordinate such an effort, but am willing to try, with a little help. I would donate a few boxes of solar lights to help our fellow Americans who are still struggling.
