Two cases involving children
EDITOR:
“Murder charge in death of child” answered a question I had about the Rapid River girls (Which simply was determined child abuse) in that if hero Peanut had not found the sweet child in the snowbank that day would the “parents” have been charged with murder? Yet, in Mr. Strom’s statement about the Gladstone case showing “wanton and willful disregard for the life of a child” had been (rightfully) applied to the Rapid River case, the charge would have been attempted murder.
