Christmas musical a great treat

From Mike “Chief” Olson of Escanaba:
If you missed the Players de Noc Christmas musical this month at the Bonifas, you missed a great treat. This play was No. 2 of a series by author. The production of this play was marvelous, all the music, choreography and acting. It was great seasonal entertainment, suitable for all ages. The play is a funny, moving musical featuring well known Christmas music, even one song from the Beach Boys. The setting for the musical centered around a 1960s large hardware store and the four wonderettes featuring Macy Neumeier, Amy Dier, Autumn Fournier and Eric Mead performed their roles flawlessly. All was accompanied by a great orchestra seen right on stage along with audience participation. Look forward to No. 3 of the series for the next show. Director Lynn Soderberg and musical director Travis DuBord did a super job. As usual, another excellent production worthy of this town’s high reputation for the fine arts.
