Theodore ‘Ted’ Kleikamp

IRON MOUNTAIN — Theodore “Ted” Kleikamp, 54, of Iron Mountain, died Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on July 15, 1963, in Iron Mountain, the son of the late Theodore and Barbara (Hohol) Kleikamp.

Ted graduated from Iron Mountain High School in 1981. He worked as a cost accountant for Bacco Construction Company since his graduation.

He married Jeanne Ouradnik on April 27, 1985, at St. George Catholic Church in Bark River. The couple enjoyed 32 years of marriage.

Ted was a loving husband and father. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He took pride in attending all of his children’s sporting events and supporting them however he could. Ted also liked to cook and host family dinners.

He is survived by his wife, Jeanne; three children, Bradley (Ashley) Kleikamp of Iron Mountain, Ashley (Alan) Bernard of Quinnesec, and Evan (Jordanne) Kleikamp of Iron Mountain; one sister, Patti (Don) Arnold of Waucedah; two brothers, Tim (Michelle) Kleikamp of Iron Mountain and Terry (Becky) Kleikamp of Norway; two grandchildren, Alexandria Kleikamp and Abram Bernard; his father and mother-in-law, Tony and Pat Ouradnik of Wilson; one sister-in-law, Janice (Matt) Hogan of Missouri; one brother-in-law, Joe (Renee) Ouradnik of Wilson; nieces and nephews, Donny (Liane) Arnold, Kevin Arnold, Kristina (Trent Tell) Kleikamp, Sarah (Kyle McGillviray) Kleikamp, Amanda (Tyler) Grunlund, Nick Kleikamp, Cierra Ouradnik, Nathan Ouradnik, Hailee Hogan, and Austyn Hogan, and great nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his niece, Britney Kleikamp, and his nephew, Michael Kleikamp.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. CST at Erickson-Rochon & Nash Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Wednesday at 9 a.m. CST at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Monsignor James Kaczmarek will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial.

Burial will be in the Niagara Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Dickinson County Cancer Unit Loan Closet.
