Body discovered in river is South Dakota woman
MENOMINEE TOWNSHIP — A dead body discovered in a river in Menominee Township Saturday has been identified as Tamara LaFramboise of Yankton County, South Dakota.
Menominee County Sheriff’s Department deputies were called to the scene at 10:59 a.m. on March 16.
The Menominee County Sheriff’s Department, Michigan State Police and Michigan State Police Crime Lab are attempting to determine the cause and location of death.
The investigation is ongoing.
