Drug case bound over to circuit court level

ESCANABA — A Rapid River man, arrested last year on a cocaine felony, was recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court where he may make a plea or schedule a trial date.

Bradley Michael Hardwick, 38, of 9145 EE.25 Road, Rapid River, was arrested in connection with an Oct. 7, 2016 incident in Wells Township and charged with one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture of cocaine, a 20-year felony with a maximum fine of $25,000.

Hardwick remains lodged in Delta County Jail. His bond is set at $50,000 cash.
