Cases bound over to Delta County Circuit Court

ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.

Terrell William Walker, Jr., 29, of 1406 2nd Ave. North in Escanaba, was bound over to circuit court on the following count: unlawful driving away, a five-year felony and a suspended driver’s license.

The charges stem from a March 12, 2018 incident, in Escanaba. Walker posted 10 percent of a $25,000 surety bond.

Jamee Rene Hess, 32, of 508 Michigan Ave., Gladstone, was bound over to circuit court on one count of a prisoner possessing contraband, a five-year felony with a maximum fine of $1,000. The charge stems from a Jan. 21, 2018, incident in Escanaba. Hess posted a $500 bond.

Michael Patrick Baker, 34, of 510 N. 11th St., Gladstone, was bound over to circuit court for operating while intoxicated – third offense. The charge stems from an incident on April 1, 2018. The charge carries a sentencing one to five years probation, and 30-days to up to one year in jail and a maximum fine of $500 to $600; a 93-day misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $100-$500 and 360 days community service. Personal recognition bond was set at $500.

Thomas Dzanbozoff, 31, of 1723 3rd Ave. N., Apartment No.3, Escanaba, was bound over to circuit court on the following two counts: breaking and entering in a building with intent, a felony with a maxium punishment of up to 10 years; breaking and entering a motor vehicle to steal property less than $200, a 93-day misdemeanor and a maxium fine of $500. He posted 10 percent of a $20,000 bond.

Cory Michael Vanderlinden, 31, of 10563 N.5 Road in Gladstone, was bound over to circuit court on the following two counts: having a controlled substance, delivering/manufacturing Pregablin, a felony with up to 2 years in jail and a maxium fine of $2,000; having a controlled substance, delivery/manufacturing Pregablin a felony charge with up to 2 years in jail and a maxium fine of $2,000 unless sentenced to more than one year.
