Steven Monty Schwertner, 34, of 9787 County 513 T Road, Rapid River, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated; 13 days jail, credit for two days served; six months probation; $1,900 fines and costs.

Linda Ann Lofquist, 26, Gwinn, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated; 12 days jail, credit for two days served; six months probation; $1,400 fines and costs.

James Joseph Young, 27, of 1414 1st Ave. S., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated domestic violence; 93 days jail, credit for 64 days served; 24 months probation; $1,550 fines and costs.

Paul Joseph Bittner, 38, of 321 S. 17th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated domestic violence; 93 days jail, credit for seven days served, 86 days jail suspended; 18 months probation; $1,350 fines and costs.

Hunter Robert Starnes, 18, of 8944 M-35, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated domestic violence; 62 days jail, credit for 32 days served, 30 days jail suspended; 18 months probation; $550 fines and costs.

James Joseph Young, 27, of 1414 1st Ave. S., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of assault or assault and battery; 93 days jail, credit for 64 days served; $425 fines and costs.

RESISTING POLICE

Nicole Marie Meyers, 30, of 3610 8th Ave. S., #103, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of attempted assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; 30 days jail, credit for 11 days served; $500 fines and costs.

Randy Michael Dilllabough, 31, of 1310 2nd Ave. N., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of attempted assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; 12 days jail, credit for two days served, 10 days jail suspended; $350 fines and costs.

LICENSE VIOLATIONS
