DRUG CHARGES

Christine Andrea Launderville, 32, of 5614 J.5 Road, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – use of marijuana and pleaded guilty to one count of allowing a suspended person to operate a motor vehicle; drivers license suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days; $650 fines and costs.

Jacob Lee Thorsen, 37, of 3881 L.15 Lane, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to use of a controlled substance and pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license, second or subsequent offense; 99 days jail on the drug charge with credit for nine days served and 60 days jail suspended; 30 days jail on the license charge with credit for nine days served; drivers license suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days; 12 months probation; $1,850 fines and costs.

David James DeLisle, 41, Oak Creek, Wis., pleaded guilty to one count of allowing a suspended person to operate a motor vehicle and pleaded guilty to lying to a peace officer investigating a serious misdemeanor; 75 days jail, credit for two days served; $650 fines and costs.

Cody James Nivison, 30, of 214 Wisconsin Ave., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to use of a controlled substance and pleaded guilty to one count of larceny less than $100; 154 days jail on the drug charge, credit for 34 days served, 120 days jail suspended; 93 days jail on the larceny charge, credit for 34 days served, 59 days jail suspended; driver license suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days; 18 months probation; $1,300 fines and costs.

ASSAULT

Joseph Paul Thomas, 48, of 14014 24th Road, Rapid River, pleaded guilty to assault or assault and battery; 15 days jail.

BREAKING AND ENTERING

Michael James Levesque, 44, of 4840 Greenwood Dr., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of breaking and entry – illegal entry without permission; four days jail, credit for one day served; six months probation; $725 fines and costs.

LARCENY

Nathan James Gartland, 31, of 4977 17.7 Dr., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of larceny $200-$1,000; 93 days jail, credit for 22 days served, 71 days jail suspended; 10 months probation; $1,125 fines and costs.

LICENSE VIOLATIONS

Jennifer Rose Halfaday, 37, of N14467 Hannahville B-1 Road, Wilson, pleaded guilty to allowing a suspended person to operate a motor vehicle; $625 fines and costs.

Brian Charles Scherer, 33, of 321 S. 18th St., No. 2, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to attempted driving on a suspended license, second or subsequent offense; 108 days jail, $725 fines and costs.

Matthew Warner Dale, 39, of 628 N. 7th St., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle without insurance; $850 fines and costs.

CONSERVATION VIOLATION

Troy James Muffler, 58, Marquette, pleaded guilty to a wildlife conservation violation – taking a protected deer; $225 fines and costs, $1,000 restitution; hunting license suspended for three years.

RETAIL FRAUD

Jenna Nicole LaFave, 29, of 620 Willow Creek Road, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to second-degree retail fraud; 60 days jail, credit for 46 days served.

Jeremy David Siedlecki, 42, of 15 S. 3rd St., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to second-degree retail fraud; eight months jail suspended; 12 months probation.
