Mic Kolich, 26, of 1519 Stephenson Ave., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated; four days jail, credit for one day served, three days jail suspended; six months probation; $1,025 fines and costs.

Andrew Dale Weber, 24, Manistique, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle with a high blood alcohol content, first offense; 30 days jail, credit for 11 days served, 19 days jail suspended; 24 months probation; $1,525 fines and costs.

Daniel Joseph Suess, 43, of 2425 Ludington St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated; six days jail, credit for one day served, five days jail suspended; six months probation; $1,025 fines and costs.

IMPAIRED DRIVING

Deriyan Christopher Kidd, 18, of 1423 Stephenson Ave., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while impaired; 23 days jail, credit for 23 days served; 12 months probation; $1,125 fines and costs.

Yolanda Alisa McDevitt, 54, of 4718 Danforth Road, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while impaired; three days jail, credit for one day served, two days jail suspended; six months probation; $850 fines and costs.

Anthony Lee Delvaux, 56, Downers Grove, Ill., pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while impaired; four days jail, credit for one day served, three days jail suspended; six months probation; $825 fines and costs.

DRUGS

David Scott Karvonen, 33, Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance — use of marijuana; drivers license suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days; $325 fines and costs.

ASSAULT

Veronica Mae Williams, 27, of N15363 Cedarview Dr., Wilson, pleaded guilty to assault or assault and battery; nine days jail.

Noah James Olson, 25, of 328 N. 15th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of assault or assault and battery; 75 days jail.

LARCENY CHARGES

Melissa Ann Brazeau, 51, of 1001 Sheridan Road, Apt. 1, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of larceny $200-$1,000; 62 days jail, credit for two days served; 12 months probation; $1,725 fines and costs.

LICENSE VIOLATIONS

Jerry Vestal Kirby, 23, of 7111 U.S. 2 and 41, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to failure to display a valid license; $325 fines and costs.

Tara Marie Minthorn, 31, Powers, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license, second or subsequent offense; two days jail, credit for two days jail; $425 fines and costs.

Jamie Allen Odgers, 35, of 1431 Sheridan Road, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of domestic violence, second offense, and pleaded guilty to being an habitual offender with a fourth offense notice; 60 days jail, credit for two days served; 12 months probation; $325 fines and costs.

Scott Allan Bjorne, 36, of 716 S. 14th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to allowing a suspended person to operate a motor vehicle; $325 fines and costs.

Hunter Robert Starnes, 18, of 3408 18th Road, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to owner permitting another to violate the motor vehicle code; $325 fines and costs.

Lucas Bryan McGuire, 39, Stephenson, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license; two days jail, credit for two days served; $125 fines and costs.

RETAIL FRAUD
