Crafts, sing-along planned at library

ESCANABA — The Escanaba Public Library announces two Upcycling craft classes in November and December.

The first, Upcycling — Deer Day, will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 15 at 6 p.m. Participants will craft a gift bag made from wrapping paper and recycled book page silhouettes.

The second class, Upcycling — Fashion Hacking, will be held on Thursday, Dec. 7 at 6 p.m. Participants will create a full or half apron using a men’s dress shirt. All materials are supplied and both classes are free and require pre-registration.
