Jared K. Bates, 20, of 1609 Sheridan Road, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while impaired; four days jail, credit for three days served; six months probation; $625 fines and costs.

Rebecca-Ashley Nichols-Zimmer, 28, of 1309 1st Ave. N., #1, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while impaired and pleaded guilty to use of marijuana; six months probation; drivers license suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days; $1,100 fines and costs.

DRUG CHARGES

Bradi Lynn Kohnert, 26, of 708 Delta Ave., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of use of a controlled substance; 70 days jail, credit for 51 days served.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Jason Paul Shope, 30, of 9143 County 513 T Road, Rapid River, pleaded no contest to one count of domestic violence, second offense; 10 months jail, credit for one day served, eight months suspended; 24 months probation; $525 fines and costs.

A conviction was entered for Jason Paul Shope, 30, of 9143 County 513 T Road, Rapid River, who pleaded guilty to one count of domestic violence; six months probation; $485 fines and costs.

Brian Michael Tauscheck, 34, of 401 S. 10th St., Apt. 1, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of domestic violence and was found to be in contempt of court; 30 days jail on the domestic violence charge and 93 days on the contempt charge, to be served consecutively, credit for 43 days served.

ASSAULT

Wallace John Petrouske, 32, of 1213 1st Ave. N., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to assault or assault and battery; 10 days jail; six months probation.

Nicholas Scott Wallin, 25, of 4565 17th Road, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to assault or assault and battery; six days jail, credit for six days served; six months probation; $675 fines and costs.

LICENSE VIOLATIONS

Robert Franklyn Heath, 23, of 1606 N. 19th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating an unregistered vehicle; $325 fines and costs.

Robert Ernest Miron, 62, of 8190 River St., Nahma, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license, first offense, and pleaded guilty to operating an unregistered vehicle; $650 fines and costs.

TRESPASSING

Noah James Olson, 25, of 325 N. 15th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to trespassing after entry prohibited; three days jail, credit for two days served.

DISTURBING THE PEACE

A conviction was entered for Alexis Renee Bosma, 20, Hardwood, who pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace; six months probation; $1,025 fines and costs.

Katrina Leanna-Dale Gereau, 28, of 1219 2nd Ave. S., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace; 15 days jail, credit for 15 days served.

RETAIL FRAUD

Katrina Leanna-Dale Gereau, 28, of 1219 2nd Ave. S., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to retail fraud, third degree; 90 days jail, credit for 16 days served.

Timothy Allen Beauvais, 39, of 1516 N. 23rd St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to retail fraud, third degree; 17 days jail, credit for five days served; $325 fines and costs.

ASSAULT

Jason Scott Thompson, 31, of 6050 18.3 Road, Gladstone, pleaded no contest to assault or assault and battery; 10 days jail, credit for four days served; $725 fines and costs.

STOLEN PROPERTY

Michele Marie Denardo, 50, of 1412.5 10th Ave. S., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to receiving and concealing property less than $200; 93 days jail, credit for 22 days served, 71 days suspended; 12 months probation; $1,325 fines and costs; restitution to be determined.

LICENSE VIOLATIONS

Caleb Dane Wilshire, 23, of 3108 D Road, Wilson, pleaded guilty to allowing a suspended person to operate a motor vehicle; $325 fines and costs.

Theresa Marie Brown, 52, of 608 1st Ave. S., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to allowing a person with a restricted license to operate a motor vehicle; $325 fines and costs.
