Defendants sentenced in court

ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court in unrelated charges.

Noah James Olson, 25, of 328 N. 15th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to stealing/retaining a financial transaction device without consent, and pleaded guilty to larceny less than $200. He was sentenced to three months in jail and given credit for 12 days already served. He was placed on probation for 12 months. Olson was ordered to pay $1,078 in fines and costs and $111 in restitution.

Kris Alan Labadie, 47, South Milwaukee, Wis., pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – maintaining a drug vehicle and pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to four months in jail and given credit for 59 days already served. He was placed on 24 months probation and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days. Labadie was ordered to pay $458 in fines and costs.

Timothy Otto Trombley, 38, or 1620 Willow Creek Road, Lot No. 131, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to forging, altering, or counterfeiting a financial transaction device. He was sentenced to five months in jail and given credit for 13 days already served. He was placed on probation for 12 months. Trombley was ordered to pay $968 in fines and costs and $484 in restitution.
