IMPAIRED DRIVING

Terrance Heida, 59, of 221 S. 13th St., Apt. 3, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while impaired; seven days jail, credit for one day served, 60 hours community service in lieu of six days jail; six months probation; $985 fines and costs.

Wendy Louella Irving, 43, of 1401 N. 23rd St., #66, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while impaired; two days jail, 16 hours community service in lieu of two days jail; six months probation; $785 fines and costs.

Daren Jon Anderson, 47, of 5989 25.25 Lane, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while impaired; 12 days jail; six months probation; $785 fines and costs.

DRUG CHARGES

Zachary Michael Jennings, 21, of 4010 K Road, Bark River, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance — use of marijuana and pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly; five days jail, credit for one day served; drivers license suspended 30 days and restricted 150 days; $650 fines and costs.

Kathline Lynn Gurlea, 34, of 4376 M-35, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance — use of marijuana; drivers license suspended 30 days and restricted 150 days; $325 fines and costs.

ASSAULT CHARGES

Matthew Rian Mattson, 21, of 511 S. 11th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of assault or assault and battery; seven days jail, credit for seven days served; six months probation; $735 fines and costs.

EMBEZZLEMENT

Theresa Prebble Haack, 32, of 7049 County Road 426 M.5 Road, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of embezzlement as an agent or trustee $200 to $1,000; 90 days jail, 60 days suspended; 12 months probation; $1,809 restitution; $1,725 fines and costs.

LARCENY CHARGES
