ESCANABA — Key Realty has opened their doors at 2419 Ludington St., behind The UPS Store (across from Gram’s Pasty) in Escanaba. Renovations are now complete with room for additional agents to join the team in the coming months.

The locally owned an operated realty company was founded by Jamie Solis-Beaver, a life-long Upper Michigan resident and Gladstone High School graduate with over 18 years of experience in the local housing market.

“The opportunity to start my own company to better serve my clients was something I couldn’t pass up,” said Solis-Beaver. “In today’s exciting real estate environment, it’s vital to partner with hard working and knowledgeable real estate agents whenever you are buying or selling real estate. I truly enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. I look forward to continuing to provide great service and professionalism to my clients under Key Realty.”

Referrals can be be found when talking with former clients, Solis-Beaver said.

“She made our first home purchase a wonderful experience. She was always readily available to answer any questions, offer advice, & keep us posted on the next step.” said buyer, Jon Johnson.

“I would recommend Jamie Solis Beaver to anyone looking to buy or sell their home! She is a professional broker with a personal touch…always available to answer questions or help with whatever you need. Jamie was very prompt with everything and she knows what she’s doing. Our family home was sold quickly and I appreciate all she did to help me with the process.” said seller, Mary Beth LaPorte.

A ribbon cutting, grand opening and open house is scheduled for later this year.
