Sundquist named business specialist

ESCANABA — OSF St. Francis Hospital & Medical Group announces Amy Sundquist has been named the new business development specialist/analyst. Within this role, she will act as the key resource and liaison for business development, communication, information and problem solving and will provide ongoing support to community based health care providers and staff. She will work with regional hospitals, practices and care facilities, both OSF owned and non-owned.

Sundquist is well versed in data mining, analysis and interpretation of financial, operational, clinical and quality information, as she enters this role with nine years of experience at OSF St. Francis Hospital & Medical Group — working the last six years as the performance improvement specialist and as a respiratory therapist in the three years prior. She has a bachelor of health science from the University of Missouri and an associate of respiratory therapy from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.

Originally from Ishpeming, Sundquist resides in Gladstone with her husband and three children.

She’s been an active member of the Escanaba Area Junior Hockey Board for three years and has recently become a member of the Gladstone Little League Board. She enjoys spending quality time with her family in a variety of activities.
