New businesses at Penstar Center

ESCANABA — An open house is planned for at The Penstar Office Center, a professional office leasing building at 1401 N. 26th St., Escanaba, to welcome Delta Force Digital Surveillance and Sullivan’s Health & Fitness Studio to the center. It will be held Wednesday from 4 to 6 p.m.

Delta Force Digital Surveillance just moved into renovated Suite 108 and is operated by Jim McNeil and Molly Barron. McNeil offers full service private investigation. Also known as Delta Force PI, the owners McNeil and Barron, provide a unique full-service combination that can help cover the diverse and important needs of clients.

Delta Fore P.I. LLC is composed of five private investigators, and 37 employees for security.

“We are licensed in Michigan and Wisconsin. Our new office space allows Delta Force to train our staff in a classroom setting which include all aspects of security which include defense tactics and active shooting scenario’s using a simulator. The Penstar building and new office space also facilitates the training requirements needed for our explosive detection dog,” the owners stated.

Sullivan’s Health & Fitness just moved into newly renovated Suite 116.

“At Sullivan’s Health & Fitness Solutions it is our goal to deliver the Ultimate Fitness Experience. Whether you’re looking for a gym membership, personal training, group exercise classes, nutritional guidance, fitness programming, we are here to ensure your success,” said owners Alex Sullivan and Ronnie Furlong.
