Stropich named mBank assistant VP
MANISTIQUE — mBank announces the recent promotion of April Stropich from assistant vice president branch manager to assistant vice president mortgage loan officer, located in Escanaba.
In 2008, Stropich began her career with mBank as a teller at the Sault Ste. Marie branch. In the next year, she was promoted to head teller in the Escanaba branch and worked her way through several promotions over the years. In 2015, she was promoted to assistant vice president branch manager.
She is a graduate of Bay College with an associate’s degree in applied science.
Stropich is an active member in and around the Escanaba community. She is a board member for the Escanaba Heartbreakers travel softball organization and coaches the Escanaba Little League team. She recently finished up as past president of the Lake State Bankers where she served for five years, is a Delta Force graduate, and was a member of Business Networking International. She enjoys spending time with her four children, hunting, fishing, and anything to do with the outdoors.
“April has been an integral member of the mBank Escanaba branch for the past eight years and has done a tremendous job developing and growing it into the great location it is today. The strong customer relationships and reputation she has built through managing the branch and working as a lender segues perfectly to her moving into this new mortgage centered loan officer position,” said Clay V.
