Tyler Farr comes to the Island Resort

HARRIS — Country rocker music star, Tyler Farr, will make his way to the Island Resort and Casino’s Showroom on Oct. 20-21 at 8 p.m.

Farr, who is known for hits such as “A Guy Walks into a Bar,” “Redneck Crazy,” and “Whiskey in my Water,” has been storming the country music scene over the past couple of years.

Redneck Crazy was a No. 2 Billboard Country Album debut, and was also a Top 5 Billboard Top 200 album debut.

Tyler Lynn Farr was born on Feb. 5, 1984 in Garden City, Miss. Before releasing tracks of his own, Farr co-wrote songs for other country artists such as Cole Swindell’s “Hey Y’all and “She’s Just Like That” for Joe Nichols. In early 2012, he released his debut single, “Hot Mess,” which he co-wrote with fellow country singer, Thomas Rhett.

In addition to his hits, Farr has toured with country superstars Florida Georgia Line, Luke Bryan, Lee Brice, and Jason Aldean. Along with large audiences, Farr also performs in festivals and dive bars.
