ESCANABA — For the first time, Friday Night Live listeners can savor a deeper range of music from area performers, as each will present a variety of songs, Sept. 29 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. on the Bonifas Arts Center studio stage.

The concert will feature beloved local favorites, and since the new format gives performers the chance to play more than one song, listeners can get to know their talents and styles better, said Patti Brayak, Bonifas concert coordinator.

For those who want to avoid bars but love hearing live music in an intimate venue, the concert offers an ideal, fun, reasonably-priced evening out, and local performers’ talents are impressive, said Brayak.

“It will be a really enjoyable night,” she said.

There is a fee to attend the concert. Listeners are welcome to bring their beverage of choice. Dessert will be provided.
